Introduction

Hi, call me Yuuya. My blog is where I post my thoughts uncensored, so be prepared for chaos, sass, and niche interests. My vision for this site is to organize everything into separate "folders", unlike social media where contents get shoved into single feed. I'm slowly building this site and implementing updates, feel free to visit again from time-to-time.

Who Am I?

• Name: (Yuuya is not my real name)
• Labels: I'm strong believer of "you don't need to mention gender/sexuality to strangers". Guess based on my vibe. Pronouns, any.
• Timezone: GMT+7

Languages:

• Indonesian — Native (with strong dialect), only use it to interact with real life people.
• English — I hate to admit that I'm always thinking and writing in English, and my internet bubble is predominantly in English. Last time I took a test, B2/C1 level.
• Japanese — Able to read hiragana/katakana and understand sentence structure (heh.. subject-object-verb). Unable to grasp conversation context if it's full Japanese, but pleasantly surprised if I randomly hear Japanese out of nowhere and undestand it.
• Arabic — Only know the letters, not interested in picking up grammar or vocabulary right now. Useful for comparing consonants in other languages.
• Korean — As someone who's familiar with Japanese, I don't believe in "hangeul is created to be easy to learn" because the letters looks like bunch of boxes in my eyes and I crave kanji. In learning process.

Interests

• Music — It boils down to: Vocaloid and Utaitte. I'm not a "weeb" in sense that I watched a lot of anime, it's because J-Pop is my jam.
• Art — Started 13 years ago, from using mouse, to Android Drawing App Era, and now having proper graphic tablet with screen. I can still draw with traditional tools too.
• Anything else — I like to make things with my hand, so I like to (impulsively) learn new things.
